LA Scots shift to 2nd

Rather than continue to struggle to field enough quality players for a competitive Grade 1 band, the Los Angeles Scots elected to take the honourable route of stepping down a grade in order to regroup and rebuild for the future. LA Scots are certainly not the first to do this, but realizing that Grade 1 is not the be-all-and-end-all for pipe bands is becoming more common.
